The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept (a big plus for me). I liked the city center location, very convenient. Breakfast offered a nice buffet with many choices.

This made it somewhat difficult to access, especially with luggage.

The breakfast was hearty and had a good choice. The hotel is a short walk from the city center and the Peak District National Park isn't that far. Reception staffs were great and found us a room when we arrived early.

I did have issues with the bar staff, they were rude and had the worst attitude. I wasn't acknowledged a few times. Other guests pointed out I was stood at the bar, it wasn't good service.

the hotel was immaculate the bedding and towels were bright white parking was cheap the food was lovely. staff were great i would definitely recommend this hotel. the shower was actually really good it was a great stay.

i sent another message about late check-in i found it accepted. i arrived to park barriers did not move i went into the hotel to be informed the car park is full. the key did not work at first i had to go back to reception i could not get a receipt when paying at check-in.
