The staff provided prompt service. The room included blackout curtains and climate control. I found the location central (easy to walk to attractions). I appreciated the on-site fitness center. It had three treadmills.

loud music tepid food

The noise level was a real problem. i could clearly hear loud music coming from nearby clubs until the early hours. It made it hard to fall asleep. the breakfast was also disappointing. The hot food was barely warm and lacked variety. i expected a bit more attention to soundproofing and a higher standard of food for the price.

the staff shows genuine care at every turn, like guardian angels watching over your dreams. our spacious room gave us room to whisper sweet nothings and dream wonderful dreams. a voucher at the bar was a charming invitation for romance.

the car park felt awfully tight, a maze where your heart might flutter in fear.

this place positions near everything, including bus stops to airports, and the location is astounding. the hotel is near the heart of activity, so you will not miss a beat.

the room includes a fridge, which allowed us to keep our drinks nice and cool. also included are a coffee machine and an espresso machine, so we can enjoy fresh coffee. windows open wide and showcase the surrounding vista.

breakfast offers many options, so even the pickiest of eaters can find something. late breakfast is a plus, it gives us a chance to sleep in each morning of our stay. the waiter brought our drinks to our table during breakfast.

check in and check out are easy, i appreciate the smooth and simple procedure. the hotel even stored our bags for us and made it very easy to do so. staff always welcomes everyone with a smile.

the reception staff displayed helpfulness. the room had a fridge stocked with water. the bed provided comfort. breakfast impressed with excellence.

i encountered some disappointments . the television remote did not work i had to manually change channels. additionally i found the room service menu limited and the food arrived lukewarm after a considerable wait. it seems there are areas where attention to detail could improve the experience.

limited functionality loose showerhead

the room was not warm enough, even after adjusting the thermostat. it seemed the heating system had limited functionality. also, the bathroom had some minor issues, like the showerhead not being properly fixed. it was slightly loose and difficult to adjust, causing water to spray in different directions. this made showering a bit inconvenient and not very relaxing, really!

friendly staff comfortable bed great breakfast range club noise hotel access app issue

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable (i slept really well). the breakfast had a great range of options.

there was noise from a club next door until the early hours. this was disruptive. checking in via the app didn't allow me to access the hotel. i still had to check in at reception.
