the staff were really polite upon my arrival. i received a free drink voucher, a nice touch. the hotel's location is excellent because it is very close to everything (, made getting around easy).
I found the pillows to be quite hard. the walls seemed thin. I could hear a lot of noise. the bar prices are also high. I paid £19 for two drinks (it felt a bit steep).

the pillows reminded me of rocks. i found them really uncomfortable. the neighbours argued until 3:30 am. i had no sleep!!!
