one minor detail, the corridor carpets showed slight signs of wear.

hot radiator denied checkout
The radiator in the bathroom was excessively hot. there was no way to adjust the temperature, and a simple sign stating 'caution, this towel rail may become very hot' was insufficient. my partner actually suffered a burn because of this. It's a real safety concern. also, i requested a late checkout, something i specifically booked direct to receive, but the reception staff denied it. ordinary checkout time was what i got instead.

great selection long queue
the room was a superior beautiful double or twin room and it was spacious. breakfast had a great selection of food, i enjoyed it though the coffee machine had a long queue.
there was some noise from outside, it was noticeable but didn't last long!

The location was perfect. It was right next to the station. My room was quite large and very clean. The staff were amazingly cute and helpful with luggage. The service was efficient.

fantastic stay!

clean room generous breakfast professional staff
Christmas shopping was super fun this year. i'm not one to write reviews often, but the hotel staff really deserve recognition for their dedication. the level of service was great! our room was clean with excellent amenities! the staff was professional. They did everything possible to. the breakfast was generous too, rare! ana at reception and wayne were pretty good. i'm certainly coming back soon!
The room could have used a tad better air circulation. The windows weren't able to open fully.
