heavenly comfort near the airport
excellent staff spacious room delicious dinner
The hotel is right next to carpark 1. i found the staff excellent and helpful . the rooms are spacious and super clean. Everything looked well-kept. i enjoyed a delicious dinner after arriving. I had no complaints.
the pillows were too soft for my liking, and the duvet felt quite thin. this. i would have appreciated more substantial bedding.

the premises have perfect positioning as it provides very short access to the terminal. this is an obvious advantage, mainly if someone travels with a lot of baggage. the railway station can be reached within minutes.

The hotel contains a restaurant and a bar area, which are very useful to pass time and have some nice refreshments. the hotel also offers conference rooms. It is very useful if one is on a business trip. free wi-fi access throughout the hotel is present.

The room includes a comfortable king-size bed. there is a tv set with access to different channels. the bathroom had all necessary toiletries supplied. I could enjoy a hot shower after a long journey.

All the staff were friendly and always available. they handled every request very fast. i felt that i was in good hands. The service was seamless and attentive. They cared about my comfort.

adequate stay with issues
metal sprung bed lumpy pillows
the room was clean enough and the staff was prompt at the desk.
The bed in room 810 was one of the worst i have slept in. it was a metal sprung bed, i felt and heard every spring. The pillows were lumpy and too small.

The room provided tea and coffee facilities. A spacious bathroom included a walk in shower, and water pressure WAS great. I enjoyed the modern space.
The carpet in my room had some dirty marks.

spacious room clean room own refrigerator missing call early morning essential service
the hotel had a spacious room. it featured its own refrigerator. i appreciate the good size of the room it was clean.
the early morning call i asked for was not given. i almost missed my flight and this was an essential element of service.
