I loved my room. It had soft linens and a spacious layout. The hotel provides complimentary tea, a nice touch, and coffee in the rooms. The curtains blocked light well,. i really liked that the location was near the theatre.

the bathroom towels felt just a little rough. i wish they were softer. the overall quality of the hotel really compensated for that minor point

the room was beautifully decorated. it was also very comfortable! the bed was spacious and very comfortable too. the hotel has a convenient location near the theatres and the town centre!

I did notice some dust in the wardrobe. There was also a mini fridge located there.

I appreciated the convenient parking. It cost only £8 per day! The hotel is near the town center, so it was easy to walk to various attractions. I found the staff helpful, always AVAILABLE to answer my questions and offer suggestions.

The shower drained slowly. I had to wait a while between each rinse to avoid flooding the bathroom.

I found some issues . The breakfast selection lacked variety. Cereals seemed stale. Our room became excessively hot one evening. A staff member provided a small fan as a temporary solution. This situation detracted from my overall experience.
