was so nice
clean hotel modern decoration warm cookie corner room
the hotel was very clean and decorated in a modern style. i received a warm cookie upon arrival. i booked a king corner room and it was huge. i got a text after i settled in asking about my satisfaction with the room and if i needed anything.
the check-in was a bit slow. digital keys were offered, but i still had to check in at the desk to pay for parking. this process could be streamlined.

the room included a king bed and a seating area with a sofa. it also featured a large window that offered views of the surrounding area. climate control was effective maintaining a comfortable temperature.

I found the staff helpful at check-in. My room offered a view of the pitch. The hotel has local eateries nearby. The gym on site was a plus for my training course.

My room included a kettle and tea station, convenient for making hot drinks. The layout was excellent and the furnishings were very good. A hairdryer and bottled water were nice touches I appreciated.

The breakfast area provided adequate options to choose from each morning. The hotel integrates directly with the stadium, which I found interesting. I had easy access to a gym .

warm welcome air conditioning room cleanliness
I received a warm welcome with tasty cookies upon arrival. The room had effective air conditioning, especially helpful during the warm days. I was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
I found the price of a small water bottle excessive.

The hotel provides easy access for attendees arriving by both car and train. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel, a big plus for convenience.

The room included a good iron with a proper ironing board. The bathroom was clean and spacious, including good water pressure in the shower. A comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep.

The corporate events team was helpful from the initial enquiry throughout the event. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to assist guests. IT team helps in presentation set-up.

helpful staff friendly staff early banging drilling noise
The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. my room included fluffy towels and a hot shower. I didn't use the restaurant or bar.
The receptionist did not seem aware of a football match. i was woken early by banging and drilling outside my room. It was not a quiet room.
