The shuttle service made getting to the airport simple. it runs every 30 minutes, costing 4 pounds. the staff were friendly. our room was very clean. It felt modern and quiet. the bed was very comfortable.

The bar food disappointed me. It seemed overpriced for the quality i received. i felt the food tasted like a supermarket microwave meal.

The hotel's location is practical for air travel. The airport is very close. i liked how easy it was to get to the terminal. It made early morning flights less stressful. ample parking is another great benefit.

Staff were efficient and very helpful at reception! they promptly assisted with all our requests. the shuttle service was punctual. It made transport seamless. all the hotel employees seemed dedicated and professional.

The hotel gym includes treadmills and several weight machines. breakfast offered many options including fresh fruit and hot items. the bar serves food until late. there are also vending machines. I found them very useful.

The room wasn't exactly soundproof. I heard every loudmouth wanderer in the corridor all night long. I guess soundproofing doors are too expensive for this place. the paid shuttle? Really? Charging guests to go to the airport is peak cheapskate behavior. Next time, I'll just walk. At least that is free.

The shuttle to the airport cost £4 each way. The timetable was clear. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. The WiFi worked without issues.

The toilet did not flush. The phone in the room did not work, so I could not call reception. I had to go downstairs to report the issue. The new room had very loud AC so I had to turn it off. It was hot throughout the night.
