Acceptable Stay, but Issues Noted
limited parking slow replenishment
The separate toilet arrangement was inconvenient. I had to walk across the room to wash my hands after using it. Limited parking spaces were available in the hotel car park. Finding this out upon arrival was frustrating because I had to haul luggage to a public car park nearby. Breakfast replenishment was slow.

convenient stay
easy access welcome bonus
the location proved convenient. I found it EASY to reach symphony hall. A discount on drinks at the bar was a welcome bonus, it felt thoughtful.
The sofa bed disappointed me. I found no mattress cover or duvet cover. The mattress and duvet BOTH had dirty stains. The robes had stains too. It affected my comfort.

my room was spacious with a double bed. it included a sofa that could be used as a bed. A LARGE window allowed plenty of light into the room. A good-sized tv was mounted on the wall.

the breakfast offered MANY options. everything i could want was available. The bar area felt nice. The hotel's central location aided access to local dining options. It was very helpful.

solid stay, great arena access
on-site parking utilita arena nearby tram ideal location
i found on-site parking quite convenient. the hotel's proximity to the utilita arena was a big plus for me. i also easily accessed the city center using the nearby tram stop. the location was definitely ideal for my needs.
i could sometimes hear noise from people passing by my room at night.

the room included a comfortable sofa bed. the standard double room provided sufficient space. everything was clean and well kept were nice, as expected.

afternoon tea was really lovely. the hotel offered access to hot food, coffee, and tea. a spacious breakfast area offered a good start to the day, and i thought the team really made an effort.

One staff member named ionut was very friendly and helpful . i really appreciated the attentiveness displayed by kevin during afternoon tea. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and his service was amazing!!! julett was also very helpful during afternoon tea.

Comfortable stay near the Arena
central location underground car park early gym
I liked how central the hotel is to many attractions. The arena is nearby, it's only a short walk from the hotel. The underground car park was a plus. The staff opened the gym early for me. I didn't have any hassle.
The room didn't have an air cooling system. It was very warm, windows open didn't help. The town center has noise at night.

Location is in the city center. The hotel is near the Bullring. Some fabulous pubs are close.
