the hotel bar was modern upon entry. the room featured a comfortable bed and acceptable cleanliness. staff promptly addressed an access issue with my room key, resolving it efficiently. i appreciated their quick help.

Loud music from a nearby nightclub was audible until late at night. This disrupted sleep.

my room had a handy coffee machine and tea facilities. the staff were polite and cute (especially at breakfast!).

my room was too warm and the windows didn't open far enough. there was a lot of noise from outside until late, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel's location worked well for me. Many group members stayed here. rooms were super comfy with needed features. the walk-in shower offered ample space.

I found the hotel's location convenient. It was near many eateries and the Bullring shopping center, a great advantage. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the breakfast selection. The continental buffet offered many choices.

The lift experienced some operational issues , it caused minor delays.

My refurbished room had a view facing the Rotunda and Smallbrook Queensway. The room was quite comfortable for my long weekend visit. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay by one night. The process was simple to complete , and I really appreciated it.

The lighting was a little too bright, I used a t-shirt over the lamp.
