the breakfast was acceptable.

the check-in process felt DISORGANIZED , it was a bit of a mess. There were long waits , and it wasn't clear WHO should be served first. i also found the pool service to be understaffed , resulting in slow service and cold food.

The gym had excellent accessories. Guests could use free towels, earphones, and apples. I found the staff super kind. They were always offering to help. The attention to detail throughout my stay was fantastic. Every minute there felt amazing!!!

The lobby was buzzing day and night, so it was challenging to find a quiet moment.

The gym contains state-of-the-art machines, so every workout was a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was VERY varied, with fresh fruit and options for all tastes, even vegan options.

The breakfast team was attentive. They were also thoughtful. The staff members were helpful answering all our questions. They went all out to, a testament to their commitment.

The room had a fantastic view from the 21st floor. The shower was spacious. Furnishings looked to be of high quality.

Check-in felt cold and impersonal. I observed strangers loitering on the fire escape right outside my room. The hotel staff did not seem concerned about this security issue.
