Solid stay with great entertainment

I found the entertainment team amazing. Lucianna, Lucia, Mark, Sanne, and Vera worked tirelessly to keep everyone entertained. They interacted with guests and made the holiday nice. I really appreciated their effort (especially Lucianna!).
The room was not very clean upon arrival. Housekeeping only came once after asking twice for service. I constantly had to request fresh towels and toilet paper.

The restaurant food had a great choice. The hotel served different cuisines, providing many options. It offers a variety of tasty choices at its buffet, served three times a day.

The hotel is massive with numerous amenities. There are several swimming pools, each with lifeguards supervising. Some pools were quieter, while others offered games and activities.

The location was very convenient (easy to reach many spots with the car!). There was also many parking lots in the resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate it. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, I was fully satisfied.
The rooms were not cleaned as often as I expected. I had to ask for more towels at the reception, and my room was cleaned only once . Mosquitos were a big problem there. I spent a lot of money on mosquito repellent.
