i enjoyed my first visit to this hotel. the location is perfect and cleanliness is excellent. the staff provided excellent service, and the food met my expectations. it really is beautiful, restaurants, shops, and a fine beach.

The reception team was friendly and helpful with directions. The guest experience team was the best i have seen. the chefs remembered my dietary needs and catered to them, which i appreciated a lot. entertainment staff worked hard, keeping everyone happy and engaged.

My room was on the 9th floor and offered a lovely sea view. I could also see the pool. the room was cleaned every day and was well-kept. it was comfortable and adequate, including a fridge and a free safe for my valuables.

the buffet provided a good variety of dishes, so there was something for everyone. i could get prosecco for breakfast, a nice touch. the food was better than i expected for an all-inclusive resort, with a good selection each day.

The hotel was very clean. the pool area was lovely. I liked it a lot. there was a good selection of drinks. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms felt uncomfortable. they were stuffy with no kettle. there were only two very small lifts for levels 3 to 9. it felt too busy. A lot of people crammed into the hotel.

the hotel was close to the beach and shops! the eco friendly cup system was convenient. the entire entertainment team was fun and friendly, i especially appreciated hugo. there were always lots of activities to do round the pool.

The hotel had a good selection at the buffet, but i would have appreciated more fruit such as strawberries, berries, and greek yoghurt. This would add variety to the meals. the snack bar offered a satisfying selection of food, it provided quick and easy options for midday snacks.

rooms were a great size for two people, and they cleaned them daily, ensuring a tidy space, though beds felt too hard, causing discomfort, especially with back issues. we had a room at the back and at the corner, so there was shade and not a great view over grown land.
