i enjoyed the breakfast (especially the fresh fruits). the location is next to a beautiful lagoon for swimming and snorkeling.
I noticed the gym's equipment lacked proper maintenance. Some machines were unstable.

Acceptable Stay with Definite Drawbacks

The elevators were problematic, and caused frustration (I really HATE waiting!). The outdated system did NOT prioritize efficiency. I often had to wait extended periods. This seriously impacted my ability to move around the hotel quickly. I found the gym TVs did NOT work. This was disappointing, as I rely on them for entertainment during my workouts.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay!

I enjoyed the excellent beachfront location near Cala Ferrera. Our superior room provided a gorgeous sea view, one i certainly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet offered decent selections, and the pool areas were good. The friendly staff and family atmosphere contributed to a positive experience overall, (a nice stay!).
The elevators operated with an outdated system which sometimes resulted in long wait times. This created a minor inconvenience throughout my visit. I hope they consider upgrading the elevator system in the future.

The reception staff provided a lovely welcome upon check-in, always very helpful and friendly. Staff behind the bar and in the restaurant were polite and maintained excellent service, ensuring clean tables and attentiveness during the evening entertainment. Every request was handled efficiently.

The buffet restaurant features countless choices each day. The buffet includes paella and grilled prawns regularly. The variety of food for a gluten free diet impressed me and the staffs knowledge of dietary requirements was excellent.

I found the beach very convenient. It allowed quick access for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby shops. Also it was close to restaurants.
