perfect locationclean roomgood program
the location is great WITH a BEACH only five minutes away. The room WAS perfectly clean. The animation program IS quite good.

the room was bright and clean. it was well maintained. the staff were friendly and helped me organize some surprises for my husband's birthday. the hotel also had a wide range of facilities available.
the breakfast room was chaotic.

the location was acceptable the beach was close
the food was awful and it seemed like the same bland stuff everyday it was really annoying to pay so much for the holiday and then find the restaurant staff rude i think there is no excuse for not being polite the kids water park area was hideous it was embarrassing to see adults racing to grab a sunbed.

Excellent Family Vacation

I was grateful that the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The location was also great. It was close to the beach and bus services. I appreciated the hotel's convenient transfer service booked directly through them. The pool facilities were amazing. My children really enjoyed the slides.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient communication before my arrival. The pool facilities were wonderful and my children enjoyed the slides.
The entertainment started quite late at 8:45 PM. The kids' mini disco and shows were on different themes and songs most nights. My kids wanted to leave early most nights because of the late start. It meant we did not see the later acts.
