This hotel was so great. I really loved my time here. the breakfast options had a great variety and the quality of ingredients was amazing. the staff acted professionally and they were super friendly too!!! i really can't wait to come back soon. the room was a gem and the bed was like a cloud.

I did notice a slight lack of handrails in some areas around the complex. It is something to be aware of.

i upgraded to the studio gold room and it was worth it. the upgrade really improved the comfort and space. the studio gold room had a modern feel plus more amenities.

i couldn't get a spot at the beach. i was told sitting in the front rows required spending €3-400, despite those seats staying empty most of the day. i ended up having to sit on a towel or find a spot by the pool with shade.

The studio gold room provided a noticeable difference in comfort. It felt more luxurious. the hotel maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. Both the room and common areas were super clean.

we were not told where block 2 was upon checking in. also, we were not told where the amenities were either. the swim up suite had an overwhelming stench of stale chlorine. the smell never subsided.

the hotel's location was acceptable, near the beach.

The corridors smelled bad. I noticed a sick scent. the security often stopped my wife upon entry, despite assurances she didn't need a wristband. the breakfast food was barely edible and disappointing.
