The rooftop family bar had fine views. there was a new family friendly pool there also. the 80s show was entertaining. Everyone danced and sang. i really enjoyed the shows.
the wi-fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel. it made streaming difficult. i would have liked better internet access.

the hotel provided various activities and shows every day. the location near the beach was perfect. staff were cute and helpful.
the rooms had poor sound isolation and i could hear neighbors. the water was cold in all outdoor swimming pools, including the kids' pools. access to restaurants seemed impossible, as the app showed no availability (this was quite annoying).

This hotel offered good activities for kids. The food was amazing with very diverse options. Drinks were great. Good cocktails and tap beer were available everywhere. Filtered water dispensers were accessible, so I brought my own bottle to refill regularly and stay hydrated around the resort.
I noticed that the towel station had limited operating hours.

this hotel suited our family needs. resort grounds were spotlessly clean. the staff everywhere was polite. the food was tasty (i found it to be very diverse). the hotel had fun activities for kids throughout the day. our toddler loved the waterslides. there was easy access to the wide, sandy beach.
i requested an ocean view room. the receptionist said i had a garden view room instead. the room was near the community ping pong table. kids were constantly in our patio to get stray balls.

the staff was very attentive and helpful. they accommodated special requests with smiles. i especially thank the cleaner for being friendly and accommodating our preferred cleaning times.

the room was acceptably clean upon arrival.
the noise was a big problem (especially at night). the hotel is designed in an 'e' shape, so noise from the main stage echoes everywhere. even after they moved us, the echoing made it impossible for my kids to sleep before 11 pm. it was soul-destroying.
