This hotel has the coolest slides! Lifeguards are super kind and very helpful, that makes the pool area feel safe. Fresh towels are always in our rooms with made beds every day. Mini golf was so fun, also they had activities and competitions that i joined!

Elevators are small, it gets crowded if you bring large suitcases or a stroller. It was very tricky.

The reception team is awesome and they are very helpful, giving extra blankets immediately. The restaurant staff is happy to see everyone and makes sure you are comfortable. That team is the best, and they are also always very enthusiastic!

The staff was very friendly, and they worked hard to keep the place tidy. housekeeping kept the rooms and surrounding areas clean daily. fresh towels were replenished daily. The bins were emptied daily too.

The walls seemed quite thin, and i could hear some noise from other rooms. Though it didn't bother me too much.

The pools are a great size for families, and the waterpark features are lots of fun. lifeguards are present at each slide ensuring safety, with lots of seating and beds available at the pool. Everything felt secure and well-managed.

Our family enjoyed the facilities available. The hotel includes a waterpark with slides and crazy golf. We found a wide array of food options available at the half-board, and the food options were good for kids. The staff were friendly, especially Melisa, Pati, Karina, and Jamie.

The confusing pool rules caused frustration, as inflatables were sometimes allowed and sometimes not. This inconsistency affected the experience for my children. It felt unfair when other families were not asked to remove theirs.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noticed

The room size proved inadequate. There was barely space to move around with our suitcases, not to mention the uncomfortable beds and smelly sheets. The noise was really frustrating too. I could hear everything from the nearby rooms and hallway. the lifeguard's attitude annoyed me, as he constantly prohibited using inflatables in the pool, even when it was nearly empty.

the hotel had a mini disco every evening it involved all the kids and families in games. the animation team connected well with everyone making sure we had a good time. daily activities were available for all ages too. the food was buffet style as expected with a good variety.
