The hotel is near public transportation. I found it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel room had complimentary robes and slippers, which I enjoyed. The views of the city were fine. The shower was also great. It had three different functions.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Amenities

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center with many shops and restaurants! Check-in was quick and the staff were consistently friendly. The room was large offering a lovely city view with the Sagrada Familia in the distance. The heated pool on the 23rd floor was a great addition. It allowed swimming even when the weather was cool.

I think the air conditioning in my room didn't cool properly it only provided hot air.

The location is great and close to a shopping center. The check-in process was quick.

I had issues with the room temperature, it was too warm! The staff could not fix it. They just unlocked the window for twenty minutes. The bed was also too hard for my liking.

I found the room to be very clean upon arrival. the room included a minibar, i did not expect that. i also appreciated the sea view from my window. The vista was quite excellent.

I noticed a strange smell in the shower from the drain. the hotel lacked available irons. the noise insulation was poor. I could hear sounds from nearby rooms.
