superb city stay
daily check efficient service well-equipped gym
i had such a good time. the service was great, and someone checked on my satisfaction daily. room service felt both efficient and professional. i also found the gym really well-equipped (it had everything i needed for my workouts).
the minibar prices felt a little steep.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the action with shopping and dining options all around. i found casa batlló and la pedrera easily accessible. They are just a short stroll from the hotel, a major plus.

I started my days with the buffet breakfast (it was quite comprehensive). the rooftop terrace served delicious food. I especially enjoyed the ambiance there during the evenings, and the bar staff were very cute.

The staff really stood out. I experienced friendly and helpful interactions throughout my stay. the front desk was particularly efficient, and the concierge provided excellent assistance with local recommendations and reservations.

excellent location spacious room helpful staff small elevators limited light early closure
the location was excellent, close to many shops and restaurants. my room was a premium double room and it was very spacious. the staff were helpful, offering good recommendations for local dining.
The elevators were quite small. this caused some waiting times, especially during peak hours. my room overlooked a courtyard and the view was not great. The natural light was limited. the rooftop bar closed relatively early, around 11 pm, a bit disappointing.

I found the location quite central. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. my room had a great shower, and the bathroom was well-appointed. breakfast offered varied options. the rooftop bar's ambiance and views really charmed me, it was indeed majestic!
the elevators were a little small, and sometimes i had to wait a few minutes.

the location was perfect. i enjoyed the rooftop bar and the views it provided (it was open until late!). the staff was friendly and efficient during breakfast service.
my room felt a bit dated. the carpet looked worn, which i noticed immediately. the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise at night.

convenient location cute staff clean hotel strong smell room mix-up reservation issue
The location was superb. A taxi station right outside made getting around so easy. the staff seemed very cute, and the room suited families well. i found the hotel very clean and well decorated, and the treats at check-in were a nice touch.
i noticed a very strong perfume smell throughout the entire hotel on every floor, and the whole group complained. at check in, they really messed up our rooms, and we had issues with our reservations. i really didn't like that at all.
