charmed by every detail
central locationmodern gymamazing viewwelcome upgrade
the location was central. it placed me near many key attractions. the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes! the rooftop bar provided amazing city views. a welcome upgrade added extra comfort to my stay.

The hotel's proximity to major shopping areas and historical sites made it very convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions, saving time and transport costs. nearby restaurants also provided varied dining options, a big plus.

The hotel offers a well-equipped spa. I noted a jacuzzi and a variety of treatment rooms. the rooftop pool area has about twenty loungers and a shaded section. breakfast included a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to pastries.

The concierge arranged several restaurant reservations for me. Their recommendations were very helpful. the reception staff was responsive and check-in was efficient. I waited only briefly. housekeeping maintained the rooms impeccably, which i valued.

the location was perfect. i enjoyed the rooftop bar and the views it provided (it was open until late!). the staff was friendly and efficient during breakfast service.
my room felt a bit dated. the carpet looked worn, which i noticed immediately. the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise at night.

The location was superb. A taxi station right outside made getting around so easy. the staff seemed very cute, and the room suited families well. i found the hotel very clean and well decorated, and the treats at check-in were a nice touch.
i noticed a very strong perfume smell throughout the entire hotel on every floor, and the whole group complained. at check in, they really messed up our rooms, and we had issues with our reservations. i really didn't like that at all.
