The Smithfield LUAS stop was very convenient! The hotel seemed clean, and the staff were helpful. I found the customer service great. The welcome was very nice.
The room was small, smallest I have ever seen. There was no wardrobe, so there was no space to put clothes, The plugs were not next to the bed. This was a bit strange.

The hotel lobby presented very elegant decor, greeting us with a sense of refined style. The check-in process was notably easy, a welcome relief after our journey. Staff members were attentive. Their commitment to really good service enhanced our stay.
The room's air conditioning and fan seemed ineffective, I did not get the desired temperature control.

Our room offered good quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, a lovely touch. A fab large bathroom was included, providing ample space and comfort. The beds proved very comfy, assuring restful nights throughout our stay.

I enjoyed a continental breakfast, it had an excellent choice of items. The breakfast quality was also excellent. Each option was fresh and carefully selected.

Live bands played nightly. This was very entertaining. The artwork displayed throughout the building is fine. I found several pieces particularly inspiring and beautifully curated for the space.

The hotel benefits from walking distance from the city centre. This allowed very easy access to many attractions and restaurants. I really appreciated the opportunity to explore the city on foot.

the staff provided great service, i found them friendly and helpful. i especially liked the night manager, who went above to accommodate my needs. the hotel had a nice, fresh scent, noticeable as soon as i walked in. the lounge and cafe area were great spots to unwind after my excursions.
the room was a little small. there was barely space to move around comfortably with luggage.

the hotel's location provided convenient access to public transportation. the red tram line was nearby, a short walk away. i also found myself within reasonable walking distance of the city center, about twenty minutes.
