a reasonable stay

convenient accesswalking distancebin storeuncomfortable pillows
The location offered convenient access to nearby coffee shops. We found the hotel was also within a reasonable walking distance of about fifteen minutes to planned destinations. the staff were cute upon arrival, a nice start.
Our room faced the bin store, which caused considerable noise early in the morning. I emailed about a late checkout, but I didn't get a response within a reasonable time frame. Uncomfortable pillows affected my sleep.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the bathroom was quite small. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway at times, distracting. it made it hard to fully relax in my room. it definitely detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's location worked well for me. I found many restaurants nearby and I walked to the city center. The staff was helpful and attentive, a great point. My room was a Beautiful King Room and it was very comfortable and nice.
The reception felt standoffish. I didn't get a warm welcome and no one told me anything about the hotel during check in. My bathroom was small. The hotel lacked personal touches I expected for a hotel in this price range.
