steven provided excellent service . he offered good suggestions for local eateries and attractions. the shuttle service he arranged was both super clean and cozy. he really ensured that my needs were met.

the furniture looked dated with dark brown shades. the king size bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, this lacked a topper. i also found the bed itself to be quite hard. the overall quality wasn't on top.

The room was really big with large windows that let in lots of sunlight. i also liked the large bathroom. It featured both a bath and a separate shower. the air conditioning and dyson fan were bonuses, and i appreciated the opening window. the complimentary toiletries were replaced each day, a nice touch after a long day.

i noticed the gym, while equipped with cardio machines, could use a little updating.

The room included a large king-size bed and a functional desk. That helped me to manage some work. it also had a fridge and a large mirror, all useful amenities for a comfortable stay. natural light filled the room, thanks to the large windows.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They made my check-in quick and efficient even though i arrived late. i particularly appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any queries i had. their cute attitude.

the bar and restaurant was EXCELLENT!!! it offered a variety of good-quality food at reasonable prices, something i found quite appealing. the breakfast selection was also great and included a wide range of options. i found the menu's diversity very excellent.

The car park was secure and easily accessible. I only needed the code to exit, very convenient. bus stop right outside the entrance for better access. i found it very helpful to easily park up. the location offered a good balance.

The staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions. The king size bed was great! Breakfast was also great value.

The bar closed early one night. It was disappointing. The night manager was aggressive, and that was uncalled for. I was refused service despite being a guest.
