a mixed bag near the airport

slow check-inventilation system

The check-in process was painfully slow. It took nearly 40 minutes. a very long queue formed, and there seemed to be a real shortage of staff, it reminded me of everyone in the queue was visibly annoyed. also, i found a strange smell lingering in the bathroom. I suspect the ventilation system is not working correctly. it wasn't a major issue, but it certainly detracted from the experience

the room was spacious with comfortable beds the soundproofing was effective ensuring a quiet night. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. i found various transportation options to heathrow airport readily available. the elizabeth line from hayes & harlington station offers an easy route to central london.

the front desk staff provided prompt service. housekeepers were attentive to our needs and fulfilled requests efficiently. the airport shuttle service was regular and reliable ensuring seamless transfers.
