I was very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They were really good. edyta was especially cute at breakfast, her cheerfulness made a great start to the day. the room was well-prepared for my needs, offering excellent blackout curtains. also, the toiletries provided were of high quality, which i greatly appreciated.

the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. this made it slightly difficult to fall asleep on the first night.

the staff was helpful at reception upon arrival.

The room i received smelled strongly of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. the carpet also had many stains. the furniture looked cheap. It reminded me of kitchen furniture rather than bedroom furniture.

I found the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a shuttle ran to terminal five for under seven pounds. It took about 25 minutes, though the traffic was heavy.

The tv remote did not work correctly. The program button accessed audio channels instead of television channels

Convenient Stay NEAR the Airport

I found the breakfast to be quite good. Sarah served me eggs benedict, and she was very attentive. All orders came quickly. I also appreciated the yogurt with nuts, fruits, and other healthy toppings.. so delicious. The location is REALLY close to the airport.

I noticed the bar prices were a bit high. An ordinary glass of wine almost cost ten pounds. They added a twelve point five percent service charge, though I went to the bar myself. I had it removed.

The public bus stop allows travel to the airport, and it is close by. McDonald's is conveniently next door. Ice machines are available on every floor, and there is an ice bucket.

a mixed bag near the airport

slow check-inventilation system

The check-in process was painfully slow. It took nearly 40 minutes. a very long queue formed, and there seemed to be a real shortage of staff, it reminded me of everyone in the queue was visibly annoyed. also, i found a strange smell lingering in the bathroom. I suspect the ventilation system is not working correctly. it wasn't a major issue, but it certainly detracted from the experience
