modern comfort next to the tower

great location helpful staff room preferences relaxing area

The location is excellent. Tower hill station is adjacent to the hotel providing easy transport. the staff was helpful at check-in, telling me about available rooms for early check-in, since i arrived early. the ipad in the room made setting the room preferences easy. the downstairs area is perfect.

The room was not cleaned when i returned from work. I had to wait for the room to be refreshed. apparently, i needed to use the ipad to request cleaning.

The room included an ipad for controlling lights, blinds, and tv functions. This was very convenient. sound insulation was excellent as i experienced complete silence in my room. the bed was cozy. the design was modern.

efficient staff in-room ipad relaxation space

The check-in staff were efficient and informed me of available rooms for early access, which helped because I arrived very early. The in-room iPad controlled lighting and entertainment.. it was easy. The ground floor offered space for relaxation outside the room, a nice feature.

The room lacked certain amenities, specifically slippers and bathrobes.

The location was very convenient. The room was well-designed. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom seemed old. Most of the taps had rust. I expected tea and coffee in the room for the price. I also would have like a bottle of water.

great location amazing view rooftop bar faulty lift poor cleaning cold water

The location was fantastic. the metro was right below the hotel, this made traveling easy. the king room offered amazing views. The shard was visible from my window. the rooftop bar was a good place. I tried great cocktails up there.

the lifts did not work as expected. i noticed room cleaning was very poor, there were hairs on the floor. the shower didn't get hot enough. i also found that water went from the shower area easily to the toilet area.
