i found the hotel very clean. the location was convenient for reaching attractions. the staff i interacted with were consistently helpful and quick to respond to requests. i made good use of the on site pool and enjoyed the sauna.

the room had two queen beds. i found them to be great. the 25m swimming pool was very good. i used it before breakfast. the gym facilities are good too.
the hot tub was not hot. i also noticed that the hot and cold shower was not hot either.

My room was spacious with modern decor. The spa was a definite highlight, especially since access was included. Upon arrival, i received welcome drinks and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I appreciated this extra touch.
The fridge in my room did not seem big enough to store all my drinks.

The room included a comfortable double bed and contemporary furnishings. Everything looked to be well kept and clean. There was ample space for luggage and moving around. It definitely did not feel cramped. large windows provided adequate natural light.

Check-in was smooth. The staff seemed efficient and friendly. I had a minor issue with my room and the reception promptly addressed it. I appreciated their quick response and willingness to help.

I really appreciated the location. Tower hill station access is very convenient. my room was a superior king room and it was well-kept. the indoor pool was a refreshing experience. breakfast service from arnel was a charming start to each day (he offered great recommendations).
the gym was a bit small, and it was difficult to find an available treadmill during peak hours.
