check-in was efficient. my room featured a comfortable bed. the hotel's location is convenient with easy access to transportation (i hopped on the tube immediately).

the building has amazing architecture. i really appreciated the location since it was convenient for accessing eurostar. the gothic cocktail bar (i loved it!) was a great experience.

the room i stayed in was not as good as i expected. it was underwhelming and not worth the price. i think the rooms should be upgraded.

convenient stay near kings cross

helpful staff excellent location

The location is excellent, especially when i want to catch the eurostar. the staff are friendly. they helped me with my luggage. the building is beautiful. The architecture is like traveling back in time.

the thermostat controls did not seem to make a noticeable change in the room temperature, so i was generally much colder than i wanted to be! i was disappointed by this detail.

check in was smooth and efficient. I was also allowed early access to my room. The staff demonstrated really good politeness and attentiveness throughout my stay. Breakfast offered delicious options, although selections were somewhat limited.

i stayed in a premier king bedroom. the room included a nespresso machine and a kettle for tea and coffee. the architecture seemed like traveling back in time (to the orient express!).

the tv signal would occasionally flicker and scramble.

I thought the room itself fell short of expectations considering the cost. The television offered limited channel selection. Access to streaming services like Netflix was unavailable without connecting my own device this seemed odd for a hotel of this caliber.
