really good stay in vibrant city centre
convenient location attentive staff excellent gym rooftop bar
i found the location convenient for accessing major attractions the proximity to leicester square made exploring the city easy the staff were professional and attentive always ready to assist with any request i found the gym facilities excellent the equipment was modern and well maintained the rooftop bar offered fine views and a wide selection of drinks
the room i stayed in had thin walls and i could hear noises from neighboring rooms which was a bit of a nuisance

the reception staff offered a friendly welcome the concierge service efficiently handled requests for transportation assistance the housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness and order the room service was prompt and professional.

the beautiful king room was spacious and well appointed it had a comfortable king size bed the smart tv provided entertainment options the large shower was a plus the steamer for clothes was a convenient addition though i would have preferred a steam iron.

The hotel had a fantastic location near many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I appreciated the well-equipped gym, it had modern equipment.
I found hairs on the bed that were not mine. The breakfast service was a bit slow, refills took a while.

a perfect sanctuary
warm greeting excellent touches excellent equipment helpful staff
i was greeted warmly by multiple staff. the artistic touches were excellent throughout. the gym had equipment in excellent condition. i look forward to another stay. the helpful staff were very cute and warm. the location of this hotel is smart. the check-in was seamless and efficient. i found the design details curated and luxurious.
i found the acoustics not great, and i could hear water running from other rooms' showers it woke me up early.

the spa facilities included clean cabanas. i found total privacy in the first floor residence area. drinks and food could be ordered. complimentary coffee was a plus.

Perfect Stay, Central Location
afternoon tea cute staff great bar ideal location
The staff booked afternoon tea at Fortnum and Masons. The experience was lovely. The staff were cute and always had a smile! The location proved ideal for commuting, just minutes from the tube station and theatres. The bar area was great and the restaurant too.
I found that there wasn't much information regarding the facilities. the pool was cold and small, it was always full with no space to put your stuff.

The spacious Beautiful King Room provided all necessities. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV offered entertainment, while the large shower provided a refreshing experience. The hotel provided a steamer, though a steam iron would have been preferable.

I had a Sunday Roast at Whitcomb's, it was excellent! I visited the lobby bar a few times and enjoyed my time there. The breakfasts were very nice and offered so many choices of restaurants.
