the hotel has a private entrance to the o2. it was very convenient. the staff were friendly. the room was nice, i liked that the breakfast had a lot of choices.

the sauna was closed for refurbishment. i was disappointed. ordering room service was difficult. i requested a halal turkey rasher club sandwich, but i received bacon. i became very sick after that.

faulty televisioncomplicated menu

the television in my room did not work initially. it took over an hour for someone to come and fix it. also, i requested a room service menu, and the staff directed me to find it on the television. when that failed, i had to wait another 30 minutes for a paper menu, which turned out to be just a qr code leading to an online menu (this seemed overly complicated).
