The location was convenient, a short walk from the station! Hyde Park was also very close by. My room had several cute touches, including a Paddington Bear teddy for my little boy, a warm dog bed and treats for the puppy. Breakfast was tasty. I liked that everything brought to our room was mouthwatering.

The plumbing made some noise as toilets flushed on lower floors.

The hotel features a honey farm on the roof. I was able to cut a little piece of honeycomb each morning. A breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and I could order from an à la carte menu. Concierge service provided helpful recommendations and coordinated anything I needed.

The hotel is right beside Hyde Park, I opted to walk through it when possible. Lancaster Gate tube station is just around the corner. It made all the places I wanted to go super accessible by transit. The hotel's location is also near the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line.

the check-in process was efficient.

The air conditioning in my initially assigned room malfunctioned, i reported it. after waiting, no one came to fix it or follow up. i requested a room change after wasting over two hours. the walls are thin.
