lovely time much food super server
The high tea in the park room was lovely! i received so much food i felt very full after. altay, our server, was super nice and funny. He.
The wi-fi was slow. It made streaming difficult.

mixed experience, service issues
unresponsive staff crowded table
the location was good for an event i attended in the evening.
i found the staff unresponsive to requests. i asked a waiter repeatedly for something, but he never apologized for the multiple requests (this occurred on multiple occasions). additionally, the waiter attempted to place two pots of tea and eight cups on a small coffee table already crowded with plates and utensils, before clearing the table.

The location was perfect! it was so close to everything i wanted to see and do. the staff were helpful. They really were great too make sure i had everything i needed. i had the executive room with access to the club lounge. The food and drinks were just excellent.
My room could have used a little refresh. the desk drawer was broken and wouldn't stay closed. the wardrobe door was oddly placed behind the main door, so it was tricky to open. also. I found the concierge service was a bit off. It did not meet my expectations

lovely stay!
helpful staff perfect location great cleanliness
the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. the location was perfect, close to everything i wanted to see! i really appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was, it felt luxurious and fresh.
the gym got a little crowded during peak hours, but it wasn't a major issue.

The room had a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious seating area. i enjoyed the convenience of the in-room coffee maker and the availability of complimentary bottled water each day. It was really helpful!

breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold items. i found many healthy options and i could always find something tasty! the restaurant staff were attentive and always ensured my coffee cup was full.
