The spa was relaxing , and the staff were very friendly. Emma provided really good and attentive service , for this I was thankful. The room was spacious , very clean , modern and had a lovely view.

I found the pool to be quite cold , and the hot tub was rather busy during peak hours.

The room showed signs of wear. the bathroom door did not close properly. i also found the television difficult to view because it was mounted at a strange angle. It tilted upwards too much.

the gym HAD equipment i needed for my workout. a latte by the pool was a treat. i found sunbeds plus a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. evan set up a table for afternoon tea, a sweet kindness.

the outdoor space needs Love and care. worn out seating lacked cushions, something i missed. the buildings need cleaning AND repainting. it felt a bit sad on a sunny evening.
