Great Hotel Near the Airport

The location is excellent. Parking at Multi-Story 3 is right next door. The train station offers easy access through a short walk (or monorail). Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. They are friendly and professional, with superb attention to detail. (I was especially impressed by their responsiveness.).

The TV's HDMI ports were disabled. There wasn't a warning about it, and it caused unnecessary stress when trying to use my devices.

I found the location convenient for my early flight. The quick access to departures simplified my travel greatly. The room was clean, and I enjoyed a nice breakfast with a good selection of items.

The television's HDMI ports were disabled, preventing me from connecting my device. This was not indicated anywhere and caused unnecessary frustration until I inquired.

the room was quiet despite its proximity to the terminal it was a definite plus.

the shower tray presented a safety hazard it was dangerously slippery i had to use a towel to prevent falls the hospitality tray only had tiny cups making it difficult to make a decent amount of tea the breakfast was quite awful i could not find a clean table and the food was cold
