satisfactory stay overall

nice location friendly staff free parking noisy room basic bathroom front door
the location was nice. i enjoyed the free parking. the staff were friendly, they were helpful with directions. breakfast had many options and a decent flat white.
My room was above the front door, this was noisy. everyone walked past the room late at night. the bathroom was basic. I found it okay.

the free parking was very helpful. i found the staff very helpful and pleasant. the bar space was attractive and there was also an attractive outdoor space where i could sit and inhale the fresh air.
the shower water didnt drain away quickly enough, and this made me uncomfortable.

high water pressure broken lift
the shower was old. the water pressure was quite high and the shower cubicle filled up fast. i also had a room on the second floor and the lift was out of order, so i had to carry my bags up the stairs.

breakfast buffet excellent service delicious food very nice housekeeping
the breakfast buffet featured a huge selection of items i really enjoyed the traditional and continental choices available. staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious especially at breakfast and dinner.

A pleasant short stay

modern hotel high standard clean room good comfort
I stayed for one night at the last minute. the hotel felt modern. And Airy, and the rooms met a high standard. the room was quite clean, and the bed provided good comfort. i have already booked my next visit in a few weeks.
I noticed the shower didn't drain particularly well. Though it was fully functional.
