wonderful spa and central location
interesting features relaxing experience comfy bed
The building features interesting details inside and out. It makes a great setting for a hotel. i found the spa nicer than expected with plenty of spaces and treatments. It offered a relaxing experience. i appreciated the spa access for my entire stay. the room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a comfy bed (i slept very well).
The water supply in the room experienced issues. The communication regarding this was poor. a small sign at reception mentioned disruption to the water supply, i think they need to communicate better.

The room included a big comfy bed and wardrobe space. I found it to be very spacious with great decor. views from the room were good. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the spa has four pools, three saunas, a steam room, and an aromatherapy room, all included in the room rate. i enjoyed the outdoor pool area (the warm pool was very refreshing in the mornings!).

staff were friendly and helpful . they provided robes and flip flops for the spa. the check-in was efficient (i didn't have to wait long).

breakfast offered a nice selection of buffet items and hot breakfast made to order. the menu looked amazing for dinner, but i ate elsewhere in the town. the location of the hotel is in central location.

handy provision excellent room service extra appliance
I loved the spa facilities. The provision of towels, robes and flip flops was very handy. the bedroom was very clean and the room service was excellent. the kettle, hairdryer and fridge in the room was also a plus.

Really good Stay in Historic Setting

The spa's facilities were excellent. I also found the breakfast had a comprehensive selection of quality products. The building impressed me with its marble features. Our room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, and the bed provided much comfort.
The room seemed smaller than what was indicated on the website. I did find some dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Its location allows easy access to Pavilion Gardens. It makes the area very attractive. The convenience is a great benefit wanting explore the town.

the building has interesting features. the spa was nicer than i expected. spa access for the duration of my stay was plentiful and a good experience. breakfast had a nice selection of buffet items and a good choice of hot breakfast made to order.
The water supply to the room was virtually non existent. Communication on this was poor. there was a small sign in reception. It stated there was disruption to water supply. reception staff did not mention it or how we could be affected.
