The club room offered ample space. Breakfast was included. a complimentary drink voucher was provided! the room was very clean and contained all essentials. the evening meal and buffet english breakfast were both excellent.
The room lacked air conditioning. It was too hot on arrival.

The hotel offered free parking . The receptionist was helpful and friendly. My standard double room was super clean and spacious. The bed felt comfortable with crisp cotton bedding. I appreciated the wonderful view of the quay from the breakfast room.
The bathroom water pressure was slightly inconsistent at times, hindering optimal use.

the room was comfortable and included beverage facilities. i found the view of the quays to be pleasant. accessibility handrails were installed in the shower. there was a non slip bathmat.
upon arrival, the room was warmer than i prefer. the windows only open a small amount, it took some time to cool. i also noticed that the area seemed a bit tired.

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the lowry theatre. It was an easy walk. the room was also very clean! and spacious. I liked that they tried to put our rooms close together as we had booked two rooms. limited parking was available and it was free, a great bonus.
The taps on the bath were quite difficult to turn. It would be great if they could be updated for easier use.

the room was a standard double room and it was just the right size. i appreciated the desk with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. the mini fridge with free drinks was a plus.. it was a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable.
the bathroom sink wasn't very clean, i noticed toothpaste residue. this detail affected the overall impression.
