The staff were friendly and helpful .

I experienced some issues with noise. The floorboards were squeaky. It also became clear that swimming pool access incurred an extra charge, SO that was a big disappointment. This fee felt excessive for a brief swim and influenced my decision not to use the spa facilities.

the staff were always willing to help, especially in the breakfast room and bar. the room i had, an executive double or twin room, was clean. the bathroom was spacious. the shower worked very well!!!

i found the gardens were not as well-kept as i expected.
