pleasant dining area included parking worn room mould issue

The staff were cute. They answered all my questions. Breakfast was quite good in the pleasant dining area.

I felt this was rude. The rooms need an upgrade. The rooms were worn down and had some mould.

The location provided convenient access to the docks. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room had nice clean towels and a good shower.

There was no lift so getting to the upper floors with luggage was difficult.

The staffs are friendly and supportive. I had emailed about keep my bike in my room. I was booked into a first floor room, but the receptionist moved me to a ground floor room. The shower are powerful and the bed are comfortable.

I found the room slightly grubby and worn. There wasn't any hand towel. The door handles are grubby, it needs a deep clean.

Satisfied Stay Near the Docks

city center fresh towels warm shower

The hotel is a short walk to the city center. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. I appreciated the warm shower, it worked very well. The room's temperature was comfortable too.

The accommodation required walking outside briefly to reach reception, it gave me security concerns. The door opened without a key.

The hotel is near kfc, mcdonald's, a pub, and a shop. It is also reasonably close to albert dock, it is a walkable distance from the city center, this makes it a convenient base for exploring.

The room included a kettle for making hot drinks and also a hairdryer. Good heating and ventilation maintained a comfortable environment in the room. The bathroom included a bath and shower. The room was quiet during the night.

The staff responded quickly to my inquiries about opening times. The staff team was accommodating and friendly upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Staff members were always available when needed.

EXCELLENT Stay Near the Docks!

The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist.

The hotel rooms could use a bit of freshening up. The decor felt a little dated.

Breakfast had a variety of options. The quality was surprisingly good. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing, a NICE place to unwind after a day of exploring. I didn't get to try the restaurant, unfortunately.

My twin room was clean and spacious. The shower had great water pressure. I found the bed comfortable. Basic amenities were provided (like towels, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities), ALWAYS a plus.

the hotel's location proved quite beneficial as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found the breakfast to be particularly good. i also appreciated the free parking.

lower floor ground floor spacious room english breakfast

The staff accommodated my request for a lower floor near the ground floor for easier access. the room was quite spacious. The bathroom included basic amenities and it was very clean. breakfast featured a good range of food from continental options to a full english breakfast, a nice surprise.

The windows in the bedroom were old with broken handles. I noticed there were no pillow protectors.
