prompt service comfortable bed
The room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the prompt service when i requested extra towels. They arrived quickly. the bed was very comfortable for a restful sleep. the on-site facilities helped me stay in shape on the road.
I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. there were only scrambled eggs available. I prefer fried eggs. the bacon was also undercooked for my taste it needed to be crispier.

I found the staff VERY helpful especially at reception. The room I had was spacious it had great lighting. The big screen showing sports in the bar was a PLUS.
i noticed that the carpet had some scuffs nothing too serious though.

simple check-in friendly staff quiet room good food
Check-in was simple, the staff was friendly. the room was clean and quiet. Everything functioned well. the extra workspace off reception proved useful, and the wifi worked consistently throughout the hotel. food quality exceeded my expectations for this market segment. i found the gym adequate and the pool surprisingly large for the hotel size.
i was surprised to learn my room would not be serviced daily. apparently, guests must specifically request service for stays exceeding one night. this feels like unnecessary penny pinching, considering the room rates.

Excellent stay for a Soul and Motown Event

The staff showed great helpfulness . They even surprised us with a bottle of prosecco (totally unexpected!). The banqueting room was lovely, well-suited for the soul and motown event. Breakfast was also quite good.
The hotel charges for car parking, costing £5 per day, and it's a public car park. I failed to notice the signs, so I ended up paying more than expected.

the check-in process was efficient. the front desk staff were helpful and quickly provided my room key. the room included a large tv with access to multiple channels. the pub downstairs offered a great selection of food and drinks.

warm shower spacious room convenient location
the shower was lovely and warm, and the provided towels were plentiful.. the room was spacious. the location was very convenient for a nearby festival. i found the pool and sauna quite relaxing after the day's activities.
the music choices at the staff party were not great.
