the location proved quite convenient. It was close to piccadilly station. the apartment featured a kitchen. it had necessary facilities. friendly staff upgraded one of the three booked rooms for my birthday weekend. this. i appreciated the gesture.
i booked a double room. i ended up with two singles in the master bedroom. another double bed was in the spare room. this space felt quite small. also, housekeeping happened only once a week.

roomy apartment modern appliances equipped kitchen
the apartment was roomy. it also had modern appliances. the location provides easy access to nearby amenities for visitors. i liked the well-equipped kitchen, it was practical.
A minor issue was some street noise at night. It was not a big deal.

Fantastic City Break!

comfortable bed friendly staff
I found the two-bedroom apartment spacious! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well with easy to use settings. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful .
The sofa in the living area was a bit small for our group of four guests. I also bumped my head a few times on the cupboard above the sink. The loose tile was a bit annoying.

The kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It also features a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine with cups and pods. I appreciated the tea, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper sachets.

The apartment provides an ironing board with an iron. The luggage storage is on the fifth floor offering a paid locker service. The price depends on locker size and time. I found the public WC also located on floor 5.

excellent stay near the station

great location clean room complimentary upgrade friendly staff
the location was great , right next to piccadilly station. the room was very clean and well decorated. i received a complimentary upgrade for my family. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the small sofa in the living area wasn't very comfortable.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

convenient location equipped kitchen washing machine
I appreciated the location close to transport links. The apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed for self-catering. A PARTICULARLY welcome feature was the washing machine and dryer in the unit.

slow elevator missing amenities
The location WAS convenient to transportation hubs, i guess.
The elevators was painfully slow. Long waits were common. i also noticed a distinct lack of soundproofing. Hearing neighboring TVs was an issue. i feel they should have provided slippers as a basic amenity too.
