the location was great , right next to piccadilly station. the room was very clean and well decorated. i received a complimentary upgrade for my family. the staff was friendly and helpful .

the small sofa in the living area wasn't very comfortable.

I appreciated the location close to transport links. The apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed for self-catering. A PARTICULARLY welcome feature was the washing machine and dryer in the unit.

The location WAS convenient to transportation hubs, i guess.

Long waits were common. i also noticed a distinct lack of soundproofing. Hearing neighboring TVs was an issue. i feel they should have provided slippers as a basic amenity too.
