a charming stay
friendly staffmodern machinestasty bar foodroomy bedroom
i stayed two nights and found the staff very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. the gym and pool area were well stocked and clean i noticed the machines were modern and working well. the bar food was good i tried the pizza salad and fish pie and enjoyed it. i found my bedroom very roomy and the bathroom clean and modern.
i found a fire escape door near the bedrooms was open it did not feel very secure at night because anyone could walk in.

the gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes it also featured a selection of weight machines and free weights allowing for a comprehensive workout. the swimming pool was a decent size with a shallow end for children and a deeper section for adults to enjoy.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival i appreciated their efficiency during check-in and check-out. the staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests and questions throughout my visit making my experience smoother.

the breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold items including a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. the dining room setting was beautiful with comfortable seating and pleasant decor i found it a relaxing space to begin the day.

the hotel is set in nice grounds and is easy enough to get to as it is signposted. the area seemed quiet and peaceful providing a relaxing environment for my stay i found the location ideal for a restful getaway.

I really appreciated the nice staff. They were amazing, and always pleasant. Bar staff was also very polite. I enjoyed the Penhaligons bathroom toiletries! The shower's water pressure was great!
There was no air conditioning in my room. Even though it was advertised as a beautiful suite, the room got very hot. The provided fan did not help much

The rooms are clean. They have all the amenities! I enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt luxurious. The size was adequate for a relaxing stay.
