The staff greeted us super warmly, so excited to hear it was my sister's birthday. They let me decorate our room if I cleaned, of course I did! They even gave my sister a small birthday present, a really kind thing to do. Location was amazing.

We booked a double room. Upon arrival, they said there was a £100 deposit, money that would be refunded after four working days. The room was small, barely any space if both people are standing. We saw ants in the bed, I tell you, not normal. We went to tell the receptionist, asking for a room change due to ant allergies.

The location was convenient. It was close to various shops and restaurants. the staff members were very helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. the room had a modern bathroom, i found it quite clean. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere .

the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage, though this is a minor inconvenience.

The location was excellent for getting around. It was close to Paddington station and other transport links. The staff provided prompt daily room service with fresh towels, which I appreciated. My room had a private bathroom, a bonus. Though the room was a bit small, it suited my needs well!

The lack of an elevator was a challenge because my room was on a higher floor. I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. This may be difficult with mobility issues or heavy bags.

The staff greeted us warmly! They even surprised my sister with a birthday gift, it was very kind. The location is amazing. My stay was perfect. The facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly.

The curtains did not attach to the rail, therefore, it was impossible to close them.
