The location was central. The hotel provided complimentary water and snacks which I greatly appreciated. The room included everyday room service and was very quiet and clean (a plus!). There was a tea and coffee corner with free snacks and beverages.

The bathroom had a slight odor coming from the drainage.

perfect stay!

complimentary water great location quiet room

i loved that there was complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee! also, the receptionist juliette was so lovely. the location is great, smack dab in the center, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet! we will be back as a family for sure!

the room be kinda small for the price, especially compared to other rooms i peeped when cleaning staff was tidying up.

The location was fantastic. It allowed very easy access to many points of interest. The staff were really helpful , I really liked that. I especially enjoyed the available complimentary coffee and snacks. It was a really nice touch.

The room was quite small. I found it a little cramped. The bathroom had a slight odor on occasion, not very pleasant. The soundproofing was not the best, I could hear noise from the street fairly easily.

the room was super clean and cozy! a coffee station with water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and fruits was available without charge. the location was great for accessing tourist places. the hotel is very close to plaza de cataluña, la rambla, and metro line 4.

the emergency call representative wasn't helpful about extra blankets! it was quite cold, and they said duvets weren't available.
