i loved that there was complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee! also, the receptionist juliette was so lovely. the location is great, smack dab in the center, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet! we will be back as a family for sure!

the room be kinda small for the price, especially compared to other rooms i peeped when cleaning staff was tidying up.

The location was fantastic. It allowed very easy access to many points of interest. The staff were really helpful , I really liked that. I especially enjoyed the available complimentary coffee and snacks. It was a really nice touch.

The room was quite small. I found it a little cramped. The bathroom had a slight odor on occasion, not very pleasant. The soundproofing was not the best, I could hear noise from the street fairly easily.

The man on the emergency call was not professional. He said duvets were unavailable at the hotel when i asked about additional blankets.
