shower mould black gunk
The bed was comfortable so I got a good night's sleep.
The shower was not good with black mould on the tiles. There was also a cake of black gunk inside the shower door.

great location luggage storage helpful staff
The location was excellent. Luggage storage was convenient due to flight schedules. All staff members were helpful. Camil provided really good service.
The in-room coffee machine didn't work correctly.

A cafe is located downstairs. I found good restaurants close to the hotel. The additional touch of coffee and pastries for breakfast was great if you were around between 9 and 11. The snacks were fresh.

The hotel is in a central area. Everything was within walking distance, which I valued. The metro is also nearby. The position is close to places to eat and shop.

helpful staff complimentary coffee
The staff helped a lot with luggage. They also called a cab for me. The room included complimentary coffee and pastries in the common area. I found that quite nice!!!

excellent location spacious room
the location was superb , just a short walk from plaza catalunya. i really appreciated the spacious room with its high ceiling and tasteful decor.

easy access convenient storage helpful staff fresh pastries
The location offered easy access to many attractions. I found luggage storage convenient because of late flights. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Fresh pastries and coffee were available each morning , a nice touch before heading out.
The shower had temperature fluctuations , switching from cold to hot unexpectedly during use.

The room featured a comfortable bed. blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. I noticed complimentary bottled water was supplied. There was also a fridge included within the room.

The hotel is located within a central part of the city. Several shops and dining options were easily accessible within walking distance. The airport bus stop was also within walking distance , offering easy transportation.

cozy spot near everything
good advice charming hotel light breakfast
the receptionist were pleasant. she gave us good advice for our visit. the hotel had character. i like the light breakfast to start the day.
the shower had black mold on the tiles. a cake of black gunk was inside the shower door. the cleaner never goes in there, with the shower door closed, to see the dirt.

beautiful room balcony view kind staff
i appreciate the hotel is close to many attraction. the room i stayed in feature a beautiful huge space with a balcony. the common areas such as the patio area are very nice. the staff were kind to me.
we were not told about room service.
