The breakfast had a decent selection of items. It was acceptable.
The room phone did not work at all. I had to go to the lobby for assistance. the thermostat was locked at 75°f. I found that uncomfortable for sleeping. i tried to adjust it, but it was impossible.

i found the staff attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. the room was spacious, providing enough space. its cleanliness was evident throughout my stay. the tv was large, offering many channels.
i noted that the wardrobe space was somewhat limited, which posed a slight inconvenience. this made it challenging to store all my belongings comfortably.

a tender embrace
lovely city viewwarmth
i adored the location, nestled on avenue diagonal. it was ideal for exploring the rambla del poblenou. the staff greeted me with such warmth and friendliness!!! our room on the tenth floor had a lovely city view, a perfect spot to work.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
dirty filterdisappointing bar
I encountered a couple of issues. The air conditioning in my room barely worked because the filter seemed dirty. the bar experience was quite disappointing. A margarita should not be red, and running out of chips for nachos is unexpected. I feel these things negatively affected my experience.
