the staff was really helpful. they were also friendly and always available. the location is great (i loved being so close to everything). i especially appreciate how close it was to all the main attractions.

the bathroom design was strange. there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it often felt stuffy. the door had a glass panel (this was weird).

The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. the windows worked well. I found the city street noises did not disturb me at night. the location was good. It was easy to walk or take public transport.

it included loud banging on the walls from very early morning. the hotel did not warn me, nor did they offer ear plugs or a change of room.

I appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. They were always available to assist with any questions. the location was perfect. Buses and metro were very close for easy access around the city. the hotel was quiet, especially considering its central location. I found it peaceful and restful. the room was spacious and comfortable.

i noticed the bathroom lacked ventilation, which sometimes made the room feel a little humid.

breakfast included a selection of eggs, roasted vegetables, and different kinds of sausages. fresh orange juice was available thanks to a dedicated machine and a variety of breakfast options were available. i thought the eggs were delicious. the chef deserves compliments.

The hotel features a terrace on upper floors, complete with sunbeds. i enjoyed using the terrace linked to my room. It enhanced my experience greatly. the room offered quietness i found very valuable. cleanliness was apparent everywhere.
