superb seaside retreat
modern room super clean room kind reception team
I really enjoyed the room. It was modern and super clean! the excellent team, tamara and marta, greeted me with such kindness at the reception. i found them efficient and helpful, it added a personal touch to my stay. the hotel offered easy access to public transport, it was close to the beach.
I noticed the windows didn't seal properly. I could hear street noise.

The reception staff provided great service. Victoria was especially helpful and responsive. i appreciated her positive energy and willingness to assist with any questions i had. the team demonstrated professionalism and kindness, it greatly enhanced my overall experience.

the rooftop pool area had a great view of the city. i appreciated the convenient access to the nearby metro station. there was a shopping center near the hotel, it made it easy to find anything i needed.

amazing breakfast buffet sea view shopping mall hot hallway hard bed shower position
the breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choices. the room was spacious and clean I had a very nice room with a sea view. the shopping mall across the street was very convenient the metro was within walking distance.
the hallways in the hotel were very hot. i found the bed to be quite hard. the shower was over the bath and i find that bizarre.

convenient transport large center nice views roof pool
the location suited my needs because the transport was very accessible. i appreciated the big shopping center very close by. the pool area on the roof was good, it provided nice views.
the rooms felt slightly old and could use upgrades to match rest of hotel.

the hotel is near transport options and a shopping center. a waterfront area is accessible by walking. taxis are regularly available in front of the hotel and uber is also quick.

staff at the front desk were friendly. bartenders at the suite bar were also very good. it was easy to get assistance from the front desk. the staff responds fast to the requests i have.

slow check-in strange design
The check-in process was slow. I had to wait over two hours to change my room to a better view. The room itself had a strange design, it seemed like a puzzle to find the bathroom.
