the staff was friendly and check in was quick.
The entire hotel had a strong smell of moisture. Our room was even worse. the bathroom was mouldy. This was unacceptable. i requested a room change, but i found the same issue everywhere.

The location was very good. I could walk to many places.
The entire hotel reeked of moisture. I found MOLD in the bathroom. This was unacceptable for a hotel that boasts 4 stars! I requested a room change at the reception but was offered only to send someone to clean the mould. I do not recommend this hotel.

a romantic getaway

The shower was fine. It had great water pressure, and the rainfall showerhead felt luxurious. breakfast was varied, offering many options. the staff was nice and helpful. i especially appreciated how quiet the location was. the hotel provided laundry services, and i was totally satisfied!
the room i stayed in felt a bit too warm. it was difficult to regulate the temperature. i think the central control system could use an update, especially during warmer days.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. nespresso coffee was also available, and i found the dining area to be clean and well kept. It made mornings good!

i loved the room it was a double or twin room it was very clean and spacious the bathroom had a very large shower a nice change from tiny european showers the location was great too bars and restaurants were just steps away
the air conditioning system seemed centrally controlled i could not adjust it to cool the room

the staff were super polite. check-in and check-out were easy. the hotel was very clean. i appreciated that the staff were friendly.
the hotel ac was not working. the receptionist said the heating was on, so ac could not work. it was hot during the day and i needed ac. i had to open the windows to sleep.
