carpet frayexcessive heating
The room showed signs of neglect. marks was on the sheets, and the carpet frayed in several areas. curtains had orange discoloration. i spotted cracked plaster peeling from the ceiling. the bathroom windowsill also had old plaster remnants. the heating was excessive despite the outside temperature. It remained on with no way to adjust it. even with the windows open, it was uncomfortably warm..

discolored curtainscracked plaster
the room was not great. there were marks on the sheets, and the carpet looked frayed in places. the curtains had some discolored patches, with an orange tint. cracked plaster was peeling off the ceiling.. the heating was cranked up, and i couldn't turn it off.

I received a beautiful canvas bag at reception. It contained a robe, towel, and flip-flops (a nice touch!). All the spa facilities were clean and fresh. Lunch included flavorful Moroccan Chicken and a chocolate brownie. The crème brûlée with rhubarb and ginger was a standout dessert.
The corridors felt chilly, especially while in swimsuits and robes.
