Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities!

I found the room size really good. It easily accommodated our family. The hotel staff was lovely! They were helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I cannot wait to return and stay again. It was nice.
The check-in process felt impersonal, not like the warm welcome expected from a branded hotel! It could be warmer.

The double bed was comfortable. I would consider buying one of that size. Linda at the breakfast service was amazingly kind and helpful. I appreciate her assistance.

the onsite car park was very handy when visiting. the room was spacious and modern. i found it great i was able to get an early check in so i could use the pool facilities upon arrival.
check in was unremarkable. the front desk staff were polite enough but the process felt slightly impersonal. there were no apologies from staff about the inconvenience. the lifts were a problem and caused delays.
